One link in, every photo and video of the carousel out — each in full quality.
Carousels — those swipeable multi-photo posts — are Instagram's favorite format for recipes, tutorials, photo dumps and infographics. They're also the most annoying format to save manually: up to 20 items behind one link, and a screenshot spree butchers all of them.
iGram treats carousels as first-class citizens: paste the post link once, and every single item appears in a grid with its own download button.
Plenty of carousels mix formats — a recipe with photo steps and a final cooking video, for example. iGram labels each item correctly and gives videos an MP4 button and photos a JPG button. Files are numbered in post order (-1, -2, -3…), so a 10-step tutorial stays in sequence in your Downloads folder.
The usual rules apply: the post must be public, and Stories/private content are out of scope (see the Stories explainer). Very new posts occasionally take a minute to propagate through Instagram's CDN — if a fresh carousel returns an error, a retry moments later almost always works.
And the standing reminder: downloading for personal use is fine, but every slide belongs to its creator. Get permission before you repost — details in the legal guide.
