iGram Worlds respects the intellectual-property rights of creators and expects users to do the same.

What iGram Worlds does and does not do

The Service is a technical intermediary: it resolves publicly accessible Instagram links into direct file downloads served by Instagram's own CDN. We do not host, upload, store, index or archive any Instagram content on our servers. No content library exists on igramworlds.com that could be "taken down" in the traditional sense.

However, we take complaints seriously and will act on valid notices — for example by blocking specific links or URL patterns from being processed by the Service.

Submitting a DMCA notice

If you are a copyright owner (or authorised agent) and believe the Service is being used to infringe your work, send a notice to legal@igramworlds.com containing:

1. your physical or electronic signature;
2. identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
3. the exact Instagram URL(s) concerned;
4. your contact information (name, address, email);
5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

Our response

We review complete notices promptly — typically within 5 business days — and will block the reported URLs from the Service where appropriate. We may also report repeat concerns to Instagram, since removing the source content from Instagram removes it everywhere.
